2. How to Return an Item

- Package Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, or certificates of authenticity (if applicable).
- Shipping the Return: Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect their condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Refunds
- Full Refund: If your return meets the conditions outlined above, you will receive a full refund for the price of the item(s), excluding any original shipping fees.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same process as a return. Once we receive your returned item and process the refund, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
- Shipping Costs for Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will send the replacement item at no additional charge.
